Shipping Policy
Your Order will be shipped to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS) within 1-3 business days of placing your order. The shipping costs and timeframe will depend on the destination and the shipping service selected-- it will be calculated for you at checkout. You will receive a Tracking # once your order has shipped.
Free shipping for Orders over $200 within the continental US.

If your package arrives in an unsatisfactory state, please take a picture of it before opening to help us keep tabs on how our shipping service is doing.

Return & Exchange Policy
You may Exchange or Return your Curly Tool Kit Items within 30 days of receiving them. Log In to your Curly Tool Kit Account to initiate an Exchange or Return.
EXCHANGES: If there is a problem with your Curly Tool Kit or any Individual Items you have received, then we will happily exchange the items for you within 30 days of when you received them. You can stop in the salon or Log In to your Curly Tool Kit Account and follow the prompts for returning the faulty item. Items must be returned in the box they were shipped to you in and you must include your Order Confirmation #. You will be given a Return Shipping Label to print and use for your return. Replacements will be shipped once the returned items are received back.
RETURNS: [USED SATIN PILLOWCASES MAY NOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, OR REFUNDED. Only Pillowcase Sets in their original packaging and without signs of use can be returned.] Returning non-faulty items for a Refund requires that they are still in their original packaging.
RETURNING SHIPPED ITEMS: Items must be returned in the box they were shipped to you in and you must include your Order Confirmation #. You will be given a Return Shipping Label to print and use for your return.
IN SALON RETURNS: If there is a problem with your Kit or any Individual Items you have received, then we will happily exchange the items for you or issue a refund if you bring them back within 30 days of when you received them. You must have your receipt or Order Confirmation # for Returns.
REFUNDS: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method (the card used for the original transaction) once the returned items are received back.
